Why 90% business get fail?

Many people want to do their business but a few of them become successful in their intentions. 

I am going to discuss two reasons why business get fail.

First, most of the people never start business in their lives. They never take a risk but only see dreams.

Second, some people take risk and start their business. They get fail because their focus is on wrong place. Their intentions are selfish.

Example:- You are riding a bike. Now petrol comes to end. Then you start pushing your bike but you don't buy petrol and you complain why bike is not moving fast. You are trying to push your bike but you should get some petrol.

AP ek ghoda gadi chala rahe ho aur yadi ap ghode ko aage badhane ki bajaye gadi ko dhakka de rhe ho to ky apki gadi aage badhegi- nhi. Apko gadi ko nhi balki ghode ko aage badhane chahiye Taki gadi apne aap aage badhne lage.

In the same way you try to run only your business, you want to increase your profit so you don't get successful. Instead of it 

You should focus on your people.

You should try solve problems of your customers.

You should try to complete dreams of your employees.

You should try to complete dreams of your vendors, suppliers etc.

People are the horse who are moving your bcart of business. You should try to complete their dreams, your dreams will become complete automatically.

Apne logo ko aage badhao, apka business apne aap aage badhega.
