Target
You have always heard from students, " I do study for 8 hours per day, 10 hours per day etc." This approach is completely wrong. You don't get marks based upon your hours of study. You get marks based upon what you have written in exam which depends on what you have studied means your syllabus.
You should study according to your syllabus your and target not hours. For example:- you have 120 days for your preparation.
Your one book contains 15 chapters.
First separate 30 days for full revision.
Now we have only 90 days and 15 chapters.
Means 1 chapter = 6 days
Now further one chapter contains 12 pages.
Means 2 pages = 1 day
In the same way calculate per day target of every book.
Now study to achieve your per day target whether it is achieved in 6 hours or 10 hours.
Off
Now question comes when to off study. Generally we have a routine habit. As per habit we go to sleep at 9, 10 or 11. This is completely wrong.
You should sleep when your target is achieved not when you are tired.
Understand
When we have to learn something, we try to cram everything. This method of learning is absolutely wrong.
Demerits of this method:-
- Your capacity of understanding decreases.
- You can't remember things when you need.
- You can't register anything for permanent in mind.
- Your mind gets confused in different things.
Instead of cramming anything you should understand meaning of that particular thing.
Merits of this method:-
- Your capacity of understanding things increases.
- You can remember things when you want.
- You can register things for permanent in your mind.
- Your mind gets clarity in everything.
There are something which can't be understood like names of river in any state, dates etc. For these things you should use funny and tricky methods.
" Exam is not made from the books but topics." You should understand topics for which you should also study from external sources not only book.
Genre
It doesn't matter how much you know but what matters is the way you express what you know.
The way you express should be very impressive, easy to understand and clear. It should be correct grammatically.
Handwriting
In school education handwriting plays a very important role in marks. Your handwriting must be beautiful and attractive. If it is not, make it.
But remember, you should have a good speed with beautiful writing. If you can't write with speed, you can't complete your exam.
