When we do any work, we don't take interest in work but we remain interested in whatever we will get from that work like name, fame, money etc. So we get lose focus on work and we get fail.

We are only interested in results not in work so we get lose focus on work that's why we get fail. Results are not in our hand, so there is no profit in focusing on the results. Only work is in our hand, so we should focus on work. We should try to make better our work. If work will be done with your 💯 than results will be automatically best.

You can take any example like Sandeep maheshwari, Vivek bindra who have more than 10 million subscribers on YouTube, have got succeed only because of their focus on work.
