There are two steps:-

2. Tools

First of all make a list what you have to learn for your work/goal.

Make a list of tools which you will need in your work/goal.

Than learn and do your work with the help of the tools.

For example:-

You are preparing for any exam.

Make a list of subjects with syllabus. Find any offline or online coaching where you can learn all the topics.

2 Tools

Make a list of books, practice sets, stationary items and others.

Now learn the syllabus and topics from coaching and do the practice with the help of the books and practice sets.
